Peanut Butter Bites

These are a great snack for after a workout, after work while you need something before dinner is ready, or to fill a late night chocolate crave. There are so many ways to change and adjust the recipe to fit you!

I start with Oatmeal, 1C.

1/2C peanutbutter, I used organic peanuts ground and crushed into butter. No added sugar or sweeteners.

1/3C honey. My honey is also 100% natural with no added sweeteners.

1/4C Semi-sweet chocolate chips, My favorite part is the chocolate, so if you want to omit them to make them less sweet or add more for a stronger sweet tooth, you can totally do that!

Last, I added 1tsp of vanilla to top off the flavor of the mix.

fold together and roll into bite size balls.

Peanut butter Bites Recipe:

1C oatmeal

1/2C peanutbutter

1/3C honey

1/4C Chocolate Chips

1tsp vanilla

Mix all ingredients into bowl so saturated, roll into bite size balls and place on parchment paper and into the freezer to set for at least an hour, enjoy!
