Weekend Bomber Jacket

Happy weekend everyone!

After high school and two years of Bible college I went to beauty school and got my license as a cosmetologist. One of the greatest decisions I ever made was going to get my cosmo license.

With my job as a hairstylist I like to keep trying new things with my hair, I'm still not to the point where I feel adventurous to color it (eeep, I know I'm so lame) but I'm all about new styles.

With this hair style, which I was informed by a 7 year old today that they are called "space buns", (lol) I needed my outfit to match and complete my look.

My platform shoes are from Amazon and they are SOO comfortable because they are Dr. Scholl's! Hahaha, I was NOT looking for comfort when I found these, the fact that they are so good for my feet, I can work a nine hour shift on my feet and feel great is a bonus on top of being ADORABLE! Denim is from Francesca's boutique, right now they are 30% off. The frayed ankles and the vintage distress is what sold me on these. Mid-rise and snug fit, I sized down 2 sizes because I like my jeans to really hug my legs. I'm wearing a size 26 and could have even gone down one more size. ***Click photo above for link to denim***

This cozy sweater and my bomber jacket are both from H&M and I've had both for a while now. I wish I had sized up in the sweater to wear it more baggy, but the fit totally works for this outfit! Bomber is very thin, definitely an accent piece in this outfit. I try to make sure my outfits are roomie enough for me use full range of motion because I am cutting, shampooing, blow-drying and curling peoples hair all day, so I need my arms to feel free to move a lot.

My ring is probably my favorite accessory, (s/o to my awesome hubs) definitely my most prized possession! It's one of a kind. But I'll blog about my ring and our romantic engagement another time. <3
